Can't claim/redeem rewards

Hi guys, these last few days I'm having issues with the free daily rewards from the portal. First of all the portal keeps telling me my session ended, which seems OK after refreshing, or logging out and back in again. After that I can seemingly claim the daily reward fine, and it also appears in my in game inventory, but there it won't let me claim/redeem it. I believe I have seen one or more threads on here asking the same or similar question, but I'm not sure what to do in my case. Hope you can help me. Greetings Yomamasofatu

  • Just tried to claim a reward I purchased from the portal but when I hit the claim button i got the connectjon error and it rebooted my game. After the game rebooted I didn’t receive any of the items that were on the list of items and I can’t click the claim button since it thinks I’ve claimed it already.....HELP

    @Yomamasofatu are you trying to claim the rewards one by one? You can't "Claim All" to claim web rewards. Can you try again?

    @Richard452886 there were a number of issues with the live game today. Can you please contact our customer support and they will make sure you get all your items?

  • I tried doing both claiming one by one and all at the same time, doesn't seem to make any difference unfortunately.

    @Yomamasofatu Can you provide us with you in-game username (case sensitive) and we will look into this for you? Please also file a ticket with Customer Service as well. We will get this resolved asap.

    I was just able to claim and collect in-game the Free Claim Reward today. Are you seeing the Free Claim show up in the Rewards section of your Inbox and you're simply just unable to Claim it?

  • Username is the same as here, and yes, I can claim them here in the Web portal, then they show up in my in game inventory, but there I can't claim or redeem them

    @Yomamasofatu So you can claim them from the Rewards section in your Inbox and they show up in your Inventory?

    Can you give me an example of an item you claimed but can't use? If they showed up in your inventory, that means that you have the rewards and everything worked as intended.

    I'm sorry I wasn't quite clear, English is not my first language (4th?), they're in my inbox, not in my inventory yet.

    Claiming the AJ Styles free points works fine btw

    @Yomamasofatu by any chance, are there rewards in your Inbox that are related to the AJ Style tour? There were some issues with that tour which also caused issues with rewards related to that tour.

    @Yomamasofatu Can you try again to see if the problem still exists? We found the issue and fixed it. Please reload the game and try again. If it still exists, please try switching your language and try one more time.

    Reloading the game has fixed the issue now, thanks for all the help 👍
