!! I HAVE MADE AN INGAME TICKET, I'M JUST NOTHING GETTING AN ANSWER !!

I tried to buy the 3b Lacey package, a ONE TIME OFFER!!! and got an error... tried again... another error... didn't get the package...

Checked my bankaccount and I have been charged twice for a ONE TIME OFFER...

Made a ticket, got closed right away, no answer...

Made a new ticket... still no answer after two days...

    @DKMangler I made a ticket on Scopely support, made a ticket in the game... no reply

    this is about money being charged for nothing, does this really have to take 2 days to give me an answer???

    I even provided them with screenshots!

    @MisterJ88 I understand your frustration but yelling at the forum team will do nothing to help your issue. We are unable to assist with this matter as it will need to be handled through in-game support.
