THANKSGIVING FEAST/GIFT OF GIVING FACTION EVENT - 1st Milestone Rewards

Once again, something went wrong when many (if not all) players tried to claim the first milestone rewards of the Thanksgiving Feast/Gift of giving Faction Event, as a matter of fact, none of those prizes went to the inventory.

Questions:

  1. do we have to open a ticket?
  2. is the team working on it?
  3. any chance to have this fixed before the end of the event, since among these prizes there are the extravaganza bucks, meant to be spent in the dedicated prizewall?
