Keeps dropping back to leage 1

Just clicked on the app and am greated with this. This is the second time l was on the game a hour ago and was leage 10. Last time it just seemed to reset it self and go back to it after 24 hours.


It is really frustrating as l can't access alot of content to keep playing is it a big that can be fixed if so how.


I am on Samsung Xcover 4 s and is up to date
