Can't see chat or feud

After the latest update, I'm now unable to chat in the game, which isn't allowing me to heal faction members. Also, I couldn't even setup a team to feud, and therefore couldn't participate in the feud AT ALL. I did get notifications of team members needing to be healed or ready to feud, but I just couldn't access those portions of the game, whether on my phone app or through the online portal. As a subscriber to different subscriptions, this is UNACCEPTABLE, so WTF..?

I am experiencing the same issue. It happens in both the app and on the web portal. Here is a screenie from the web portal showing the chat and then nothing showing in app.

Hi @Dodgerfan1976 @Svoboda1 I had same issue it has been resolved by quiting and regoing in faction I am just a player but since scopely is not helping community had to do it !!!!

I had the same issue after the recent update, I quit and then rejoined the Faction, and it fixed itself, totally bizzare

when you have that problem leave the faction and re-enter !!

On the on the portal I'm logged in and can do everything. But I can't enter my or see my profile. Just getting the A/ 404
