[Moved] Is anyone else having issues getting into the game?

I keep getting the unable to connect error. I’ve rebooted my phone, and I know it’s not my Internet connection as the message suggests may be the case. Still no dice. :\

    theres been some report for people that play the game on multiple devices and updated some and try to run it on a device not updated


    also moved this to tech support instead of general

    I don’t play the game on multiple devices so it’s not just limited to that scenario. In any case, I haven’t experienced the issue again so far.

    When I try to log in, it gets stuck on the loading screen. I tried restarting my phone, cleared cache, reset my internet connection, etc. Plz fix, I don't want to miss any of my daily rewards, especially this month.
