DX Army HBK Trial Event coin rebate not working properly

So in order to get my coins fully rebated in the trial event, I have to level HBK up to level 210. However, there's an error with the event as I will be one level short from getting my coins back. HBK is currently lvl 182 but the event says 180/190 instead of 181/190.


This is a known issue since yesterday (Wednesday 11th) as many players in the community have also experienced the same problem. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. Images are attached below.

    @Khoality You will need to open a ticket with in-game support should you choose to continue leveling him to max the event for a coin refund

    i am in lvl 190 and can't level him up as i have used all my coin,and they will give me milestone reward at lvl 191.i have lost about 5.5mil coins i have and cant progress further please give me my coin back as the trial is about to end.

    I had the same problem. Level 20/21 while I have raised it to the maximum. I lost at least 6M

    I took him to level 210, and I'm only on level 208 on the achievement, can't get to level 209 to get my 7.5 million coins back

    @DKMangler So I've sent in a ticket regarding this issue, hoping for a prompt response from support.

    @DKMangler I reach out the support november 13 and this was reply to me november 19 : Hi, this is Maev. After checking, I saw that you've used 50,360,430 Coins but you only received 42,810,430 Coins from the milestone rewards. It's confirmed that you failed to receive the reimbursement properly, however, I'm unable to manually send them for now as the team is investigating all the affected players. The difference should be rewarded to your account soon. Thank you for your patience whilst we investigate this issue further, and please let us know if you have any other concerns.

    And today, i've got this answer : Hi, Paulo here. I checked on your account and saw that you are currently at League Level 13. I'd like to let you know that the 209 milestone can be unlocked at league level 15. Thank you for your understanding.

    This is totally unacceptable. My ticket is open for two weeks and I'm still waiting this issue to be fixed. That's slow me down to evolve my roster and progress into the game. Can you do something about that or should I definitely continue to believe that I can't trust Scopely to do the right thing ?

    Hey Mark. Ill pass this along to the team. The message should be similar and I dont recall a league 13 limit on reimbursement

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but we won't be able to make any adjustments to your account due to this incident. Also, this will be our final stance on this matter. Thanks for understanding. Rest assured that your report has been taken as feedback and we'll use it for future game improvements.

    Do you really think that's the kind of message a player should receive ? I'm playing this game since years, mostly free to play, spending some real money here and there. I was disappointed to see the game turning in a pay-to-play game while there was a fair balance between free-to-play and pay-to-play. But I was still enjoying the game as a fan of WWE and with my guild teammates. But that's probably because I'm not spending enough to this game that I'm treated like that? But whatever. Thanks to the support to be unfair to the players
