Today i lost my account

Hello!

Today was the first time i played on the web portal for more than 5 minutes, but after i quit the game and after entering on my phone 2 hours later, my game reseted to lvl 1 and i lost all my progress.


I've already contacted support with some data, but i have the fear that this take more than 24 hours and i lost some of the special daily login bonus.

Hope anyone from scopely or the mods can tell me if there's something to make the recovery process faster

    @Jamsha21plus these are handled solely through support. The development are aware of this issue occurring and looking into a resolution. In the meantime you will need to wait for support to restore your account. Thank you for your patience

    Regarding the daily login bonus, if the process take more than 24 hrs to solve, is there anyw ay that i can claim them?
