Web portal not updating players stats and characters

Currently says last updated over 2 months ago, wondering if there is any fix for this.

No, i've logged in every day for the last 3 months

on the right, obv my power is a lot more than what it was. I log on every day and it hasn't changed

@Tripleneg You need to log into the Portal with Facebook. Before you log into the Portal, however, make sure your mobile game is connected to the correct Facebook account. Let me know if you have any other issues.
