Game crashing continuously

I have been having this problem for at least a week now. Whenever I go to start a match the screen goes black and never loads the match. This results in me having to close the app and when reopened, my superstars are completely depleted. I have reached out to tech support several times per day and only get “awarded” the health packs to replenish those lost. Only once have they said that they are looking into this but I go days without responses. And I see nothing on here about this issue whatsoever. Anyone else having this problem? I have done ALL the troubleshooting that has been suggested to no avail.

It was a shame that the game kept crashing and restarting I wasn’t able to do too many showdown matches. I am very unhappy with that situation!!
