Check the Rewards section of you in-game Inbox. All rewards and offers are sent there to be claimed.

I haven't received any of my rewards it's been 3 weeks or more I'm a little upset about it and no it's not in my mail box my rewards box let me rephrase

Do we know why I am unable to claim and web portal daily offer items other than the web coins? Been like this for few weeks now where I can’t purchase Charlotte flair shards or the daily offers. Just says available mon the say available Tuesday and so on but not ready is constantly present so can’t purchase. I need a fix please so I can get on with working on Charlotte flair. And yes I have tried logging in& out clearing cache etc still not working.
