I don't seem to be receiving my rewards from web portal.

I haven't been getting my rewards either and checked my inbox.

@Goodbyemrcool have you checked the "Rewards" tab of your in-game "Inbox"? All free rewards and purchases are sent there.

If you check there and they still aren't there, definitely reach out to Customer Support with a screenshot and they will help you asap.
