Did not receive web portal rewards yesterday...

Yesterday I logged on & claimed the web rewards numerous times & constantly had the pop up to log into Facebook every time. I never received the message that the rewards were being sent to my account, but they did show as being claimed & ended up staying that way the last time I tried during the early evening, but after continuously checking, the items were never added to my account. I'm not sure if anyone else had this issue, but I would obviously love any help possible to have this resolved.

@mooey699955 there was an issue with this yesterday prior to the reset. This should be working now and send the rewards to your inbox. Sorry for the inconvenience

This issue should have been resolved. All rewards should be delivered to the Rewards section of your Inbox.

I really appreciate the help, although I never received them. I also never received the special chest in my inventory that Scopely sent an in-game msg about....

@mooey699955 did you check your Rewards section of your in-game Inbox and nothing was there? If so, please contact our Customer Support and they will check your account and resolve everything for you. Thank you for letting us know about these issues!

i didn't recive webportal reward for last two days.checked in-game inbox and also the number of evo token.its still same.

@Nayon I just was able to claim the Daily Free Claim. I attached a screenshot of where to go in the game to claim it. Let me know if it does not appear in this Rewards section.

I purchased a black friday offer from the web portal on 11/12 the offer came into my inbox and I clicked the claim button but I never received any of the items. I got the offer in order to use the coins to lvl hbk for the rebate event which caused me not to get the 5mil coins for the lvl level needed . Also my moves are showing as if its in a beta also
