Today I lost my account after claiming rewards from web portal

    Hi again oh, my name is Sam again, my. username in Champs is" Kneegan

    Faction I roll w is" Rock and Sock702

    Since y'all haven't done anything about my old issues, or how I'm still owed over $30 in real money and around 50 4-star Superstars!

    And yes I have all emails and conversations saved screenshots everything between me and 11 of your staff members all said they were helping me

    So I'm missing the daily DX Road Dogg tour, I'm not getting any rewards. And in this web-portal my account name keeps getting switched from Kneegan to a bunch of numbers .. then today it gave me the option to claim Rewards so I figured why not it does nothing anyway I click on it it says log in through Facebook so I click on the blue button in my account switch to a new name with new numbers and now there's a little static strip at the top of the page which makes no sense. So I'm not tech savvy so I just searched my username install that there is one that existed and it says UN: Kneegan. Faction: A F Smash which is my old faction that I left to come to 702. And I looked in my account information here in the portal and it says I belong to no faction which explains why nevermind I know you guys aren't going to help cuz no one ever does and I'm pretty sure this is the wrong place to leave this message but I've sent it to every possible whatever the hell your categories are called anyway here's my email but hey I'm sure it's hopeless scarhart34@gmail.com

    @jdf539 @Batista701915 @Kneegan definitely contact Customer Support and they will help you get your accounts back quickly. They can also connect the correct Facebook account to your profile in case you were using multiple different ones before.

    @husan Please go into your mobile game and connect it to your Facebook. Then when you login to the Portal using Facebook, it will connect your Web and mobile accounts together.

    If this does not work and you still don't see your correct account, please contact Customer Support and they will resolve this issue quickly. Thanks for reporting this!

    As mentioned in the community guidelines for this forum, for any account related problems you absolutely need to contact the game support directly, this can be done either from the game itself in the options or on Scopely's website at the following address:

    you then click on the red "contact us" and select WWE Champions as the game
