Missing Zombie Showdown Milestone Rewards

Day 7, nothing from support or Scopley to update on where the missing milestone rewards are from last weekends Zombie Showdown.

I claimed the first 8 milestones, got a bad gateway error message, then nothing was credited to my inventory.

I understand this has happened to other players as well yet nothing is being resolved let alone acknowledged after a week. This is quite a decent amount of items missing so MUST be resolved and not ignored.

I had the same issue and all I keep getting is the "we're working on it" reply. It's almost as if they want us to just forget and hope it goes away.
