I cannot sync my game with the web portal

I cannot sync my game / profile, with the web portal site. I don't have access to the special offers and rewards portion. It only allows me to purchase rubies or cash packs. The big show avatar on the web portal has my email attached to it, I believe and I need to replace that and sync my game account to the portal, so I can access the offers / rewards. I have attached a screenshot of my current profile name, status and faction. Every time I try to sign in with Scopely, it will not sync up! Help!
