Heart of a Champion move not doing base damage

1. What exactly is not working?

Rocky Balboa Rocky 76's move "Heart of a Champion" is not dealing the base damage. For example, at level 1 - the move's description says:

"THIS MOVE CAN ONLY BE USED WHILE PINNED. Deal 13608 Damage and Make 1 Random Gem(s) into 1-Turn Countdown Gem(s) that will Deal 1430 Damage and Make 1 Random Gem(s) into Red Gem(s). at the end of the countdown."

The base damage would be 13608.

Tested in the "Viva La Mania Kick Off Tour"

3. When or since when did it happen?

Unsure, this is my first time trying out this character.

moves that do damage while pinned don't do the damage during the pin they reflect when you either do a move or a gem swipe after the kickout.
