"Make It rains" medals bonus

I noticed on my Ted di Biase that bonus isn't working properly.

That set should add 400% damage points on loot gems but It only adds 400 damage poihts.

Anyone else have this issue?

    400% of 1 is 400. All loot gems are only worth 1 damage.

    if you are talking about make it rain medals those are flat 400 damage points not 400%
