Web portal freezes after click on screen

so whenever you click anywhere on the right side of the screen, it will freeze the left menu


For example, you go to special offers you click rewards you claim your reward

Next you try to go to club store and you cannot it just keeps freezing and trying to load the same page or something. I’m not sure.

if you go to club store first you click anywhere in the club store like claim or anything or those menus to look at the characters and then you go to the side menu and try to click something. It freezes again.


The only work is to keep refreshing before you click, which very annoying

I have tried on Firefox, Google Chrome, and Safari at least on an iPhone this is all the same outcome iPhone 15pro max


It is not a browser issue. It is a portal issue.
