Faction chat is not working properly, messages posted during the session you are in may show but reload the game or exit it dissappear.

Faction requests and heal requests are not showing either.

I have updated the app, cleared cache and all the other bits advised by support but it still hasn't fixed the issue. Many faction members are reporting the same.

I have previously used the portal to check chat but that isn't working as intended either now.

this has been happening to my faction for 2 weeks, new chat messages and heal requests disappear upon reload

the most recent messages show at 14 days old and there has been a lot of disappearing messages. The main issue is the heal requests not working, this is something fundamental and has been working in the game for a long time.

There are weekly "faction quests" in the Faction section. Factions must complete 6 of 7 quests to max the group faction chests. One of these quests is to "heal faction mates Superstars to finish this quest." With the Faction Chat busted, the heal requests are frequently not showing. This makes it difficult, if not impossible, to complete this quest. I understand they are aware there's an issue, and I wanted to ask if you could please also relay this. That it is not just about chatting or healing superstars. The Faction chat not working correctly is having ramifications on champions being able to complete quests and obtain weekly rewards. Thank you.

This is on their radar and the resolution depends on a number of factors, there isn’t an ETA on solution at this time

I’m commenting on this to try to escalate the priority, this affected factions cannot complete the heal based weekly faction event and must use an outside app to communicate with other team members. It’s a major handicap for feud and boss events that require coordination within the faction. It has been more than 1 month since this part of gameplay has been broken

This is a global issue, that is being looked into.

add another one to the pile, chat messages disappearing, heal requests not showing up , This seems to have been an issue for a while, that affects a lot of players. any news on a fix or is it another suck it case.
