Missing rewards from partys like 90s contest

From 7th Feb I have not received 3 milestone rewards and I have even contacted the technical support team but bo response from the i also have proof to prove my point

As u can see the 14 th milestone is emblem which currently I have only one which I am supposed to have two which I noticed after completing the milestone I still have only won and I came to know even previous 2 milestone rewards are not received
