Recovery of account.

I keep getting emails 2 hours after I report an issue, and can’t ever have a live chat with a real person. I’ve spent good money(close to $1,200) over about 3 weeks, and would continue if they would have better customer service. Initial issues were missing bonus’ from loot rewards, and completing quests, but didn’t receive them. Now, after an update to the app, I have lost all my login information. The app/portal doesn’t recognize the email I signed up with.
Now, when I try to sign in, I get this, so I have no clue what to do at this point. There are 2 accounts, and neither are the one I signed up with.
