Unable to purchase Prestige Pass on Portal

Good morning WWE Champions team,

Recently my prestige pass for the new membership club expired and I lost my benefits

. I am currently trying to re-purchase the prestige pass but every time I use the web portal and click on it it brings up an error message saying "Can not change to lower amount plan" I am not sure what that means or why it is showing up but I am unable to purchase the prestige pass again and it is very frustrating.
