Umaga Superkick move description

Umaga's Superkick move description has two different types - 1 on the move itself, one on the Superstar Guide on the portal. The one on the portal is WAY stronger than the one on the move description and I want to know which is the correct one

For the record, I have him at 6 star bronze with 2 stars missing. My decision to level him up further depends of which description of the move is the correct one

hello donners, the screenshot from in game shows what the attributes are at move lvl 16 and the portal screen shot shows the move at lvl 17. Thanks
