Why there is no succeed reward gem damage in extreme Rules match 13 round triple threat where cena have 48 mil heath on 6sb lvl

And how come a 6 star bronze character have 48mil health he is not even 6star Gold

    It has already happened to me, on several occasions, that I complete the requirement for the extra damage of the gems (break multiplier gems) and I do not get the extra damage of the gems for the next round, Last month the same thing happened to me, I spend resources to be able to meet the requirement and I can't get my rewards
