Austin bugs???

about 4-6 weeks ago began having issues with new Austin…throws out 38 blast gems & then next move throws 38 red gems on top of those blast gems.
everything was fine at first & sometimes it still works correcorrectly but much of the time…he doesn't throw out 38 red gems…still blows up the board because of blast gems but nowhere near the same damage.
Have the titan plate on him & pity the fool….at 1st, I knew something was wrong because of damage decreased…after running it a couple times the issue was unmistakable…not throwing out 38 red gems…been like this for some time now

It's clearly something going on because at the moment of the board exploding you can clearly see it didn't turn them into red gems

Here's a GIF Scopely to make it easier for you that shows exactly where the issue happens

anyone experience anything similar let me know…it's been a minute..,really sucks in feud crossing your fingers - hoping it will act right
cause when right, should win turn one…but when it messes up…takes like 3 turns vs a 6sg?
Any tips- greatly appreciated

Tell them it was this plate causing it to happen. This is someone in my faction asking for help on bringing this to Scopely attention to try to get it resolved so I told him best way is the forums. He had this plate on and then when he removed it the move triggered correctly but I don't understand why this plate would affect it because this triggers after the board blowing up.
