Keys for new event

Does anyone have the same issue when collecting the keys off the Web portal or in the game all Keys not being collected I should have over the 55000 Keys easy but instead I only have 44000 so it's not giving me them all

I haven't heard of any issues with this. You can open a support ticket and they can review.

Well I just collected the 9000 keys on the daily portal login and on the game I collected but they didn't go into my account so they have gone

they shoudl go to rewards and you have to claim if they're still not there then open a support ticket

Try leaving the game and then reentering the game. It seems to be some kind of glitch but when you reenter the game they should be there.
