Members daily stars contribution is not registering in faction.

We have 2 members, that do their daily stars, but it isnt registering propperly in the faction.
1 is an old time member, and the other have been a little month now.
(so it isnt to do with being newly joined).

When I find bf7…..(dont make me type that) in the faction tab, I can see they are being done.

When I see under "Stars" in the faction quests, its always a zero.

The other member have also sent me screenshots, of stars being completed, but nothing showing up under quests.
