Can't evolve my superstar

I am not able to evolve my Liv Morgan, despite having all the tokens, shards and coins . I am facing this issue since last month

I have already reported this issue 3-4 times earlier to support in game. But didn't get any assistance or solution. I also missed my telent up rewards due to this issue.

its because you have two of the same wrestler, unselect them for shards and it will work
