No trial Vader
I have not been given the Vader trial so I am unable to complete the quests. I have submitted a ticket but they said they’ll get back to me in 48 hours but the trial will be finished by then. Is there anything I can do?

Support is typically faster than 48 hours and they are the only option for not receiving the character.

Support is definitely not faster than 48 hours half the time the don't even say anything until the event you have an issue with is over then they just basically say oh well nothing we can do now

its not worth it anyways. You can only play two matches before you lose to Cody every time. Cant win

Going through support is the only options for this.

Sounds like a capability issue, I would check into some of the content creators on Youtube for build tips and tricks to take your Vader game play to the next level
