Trial Tour TP Bags Issue

All tp of every color is missing. Unable to proceed playing this game until it is fixed.

You have taken all of my training points, wtf.

I don't know how you did the roll back but I ended up with zero TP for red and purple which I had plenty of. Need you to sort out this mess

You did not give the 25k, you just took it all back. You as a company screwed up, promised something instead of what we got, then didn't do that either. You also unevenly took TP back. My lowest TP now was not my lowest before the mixup. Way to piss everyone off. How are you going to fix this?

This is a complete joke you mess up and we get punished you said they where going to stay and now all mine are goin l have no tp left this need to be resolved and given back l had tp and now l have nothing l hope something is going to be doin about this

So you guys make a mistake and then we the players get screwed I had plenty of tp before this screw up and now I don’t have any of any color what kind of bs is that give me back my tp. Edit, so now you give me a whopping 10k tp which is about 15k less than you stole from me

This was the exact message that I sent to support. My numbers are roughly the same or lower than before I opened the 527 bags of 500 tp (some came from bags I already had saved up).

And I’m kinda tired of all this bull about “preserving fairness” y’all keep using. This was nothing but fair to be honest. Y’all screwed up but it was on a trail character tour where EVERYONE could use the character you gave us to use, beat the tour and bam.. there’s the tp. But no, you’re mad because people didn’t have to dish out 500+ dollars each to get that.

same thing wish the bs you pulled with that Cody fiasco as you can read in my screenshot (if you can read and/or care at all about anything anyone says here and not just about the all might bank account). You made a screw up then, but it was an already contained screw up because it was limited to 3 only. But then you screwed those that didn’t get it right away, then allowed those to get only 1 but some that had already got the 3 could get that 1 too so they got 4….

So you don’t understand fairness at all, especially when fairness was already in place and you didn’t have to touch a single thing. You could have literally just sent a message saying that there was an issue somewhere and bring it to people’s attention so everyone could make sure to do it. And for the Cody thing, it actually would have probably made you a lot more money had you just done what I said. Send a message saying “you can buy these 3 packages of yada yada for $20 each…” and got people that normally wouldn’t buy to buy, making you more money than you would have that event. It’s like you don’t understand Business 101 (and I haven’t taken that stuff in years and still remember those principles).

But yeah back to this current thing. It was already fair because it was a trial character and tour that everyone could use and do. My numbers are definitely not the same as they were before I opened and more than the 527 x 500tp was taken from my inventory and that is complete bogus that needs rectification.

oh and then the fun part of people that haven’t opened the bags yet or opened them after the roll back this morning get to keep them all an have nothing taken away is a great and giant way for the company to say “suck it” to all of us too?!? Nice scopely

95k red to 18k

95k black to 18k

90k purple to 16k

80k yellow to 15k

75k green to 10k

Had all tp that I gained all taken back, I’m back to where I was with tp , previous to the trial event, I have screenshots.

You guys took way more than you stated. Its like I didn't gain any TP at all. Please fix.

Hello there again. Seems yet another mishap on y’all’s part we lose out on. Like cmon I’m sure it’s tough doing what y’all do day in and day out. There’s bound to be some mistakes made. And it’s not like it’s going to break y’all’s bank to let some of them play on out.

that being said, I spent maybe 25k total training points but y’all took away about 100k beyond that.

I keep a tp surplus at all times didn’t use any after I received the bags from tour but after your rollback I have less then I started with. Stuff like this is what makes it seem like it may be time to call it quits. Spend a ton of money in this game which is why I have so much tp but yet you take away what was already mine before your incompetent game coders made an error.

When I open the game I find that I am missing many posters due to the error with the tp bags themselves that were supposed to leave 25k and it was not the case, I hope for a solution since that error is not our fault and as a consumer I am upset
