Cannot login to the game on any IOS device. Updates have been done, cache has been cleared . As soon as the game opens it shuts down straight away. Although it works fine in the portal. Reports of others in Australia and New Zealand having the same problem. The game worked again after reset yesterday and went down around 12 hours later again

    I’m having the same issue as the above comment on iOS loads then crashes second day in a row

    I have now found 26 people with the same issue but scopely says it’s just me and my device. I’ve had this issue since July 2023. At the start of this zombie mlc It finally worked as normal but 3 days later reverted back to not letting me in until daily resets. They basically told me to just play other games as there is nothing wrong with there app. For the record, I can use ANY other game and app whenever I want except this one.

    I'm having issues logging into game. Server seems to be crashing alot. I'm an android user in Australia

    Thanks for the reports. We discovered this issue created by iOS 16.6 on specific devices. We will try to fix this in our upcoming 62.6 Release.

    What exactly is not working?

    there’s a time zone issue on the scopely servers with AEST and QLD difference. Players cannot play for the times below


    Players from Australia who are on the AEST Time zone 

    Apple users, not sure about other systems 

    You may of noticed since daylight savings change we cannot log in in between 9am-11am

    Changing your time zone to QLD will temporarily fix your problem

    They changed their phones time zone to temporarily fix it

    During the hours of 9-11am playing on iPhone the game is unplayable for aest players. Changing your time zone to QLD will temporarily fix this but hopefully scopely can solve the problem. The server must be crashing with the time zone

    Same problem here in sydney time. From 2am to 11am i cant play the game until the daily reset. Almost 3 months its happening to me. Im using IOS platform. Even changing time zone wont work for me.

    I have the same problem. I have to use my Samsung tablet rather than my iPhone until 11am each day

    that seems more like an issue with your device and your internet connection. The problem I mentioned above prevented players from playing the game at all.

    It also doesn't help if you send in one ticket after another to get these connection issues fixed. They are there, I agree, but they seem so random that it makes it harder to "fix" it on our side. Usually, it's caused by unstable Wi-Fi/Internet. That's nothing our Support can fix for you, but in case you lost HP or any other resources due to your connection issues, they can compensate you.

    log in issue, every time I log in all I get is this now. Never seen this before and was working just fine earlier today
