can not access career mode and game locks on loafing screen once match is completed

What exactly is not working?

I can not access career mode on the game what so ever, everytime i click on Career the game just locks up on home page and cant fo nothing else so have to restart the app


the game also freezes after every event tour match completion, i complete match then press next and summary page and game goes to loading screen then just does nothing yo which i have to restart the app

Pressing career mode on home page

What are the steps to reproduce it?

I have to restart the app everytime

still cant access career mode

When or since when did it happen?

Since april 2022 ( ongoing ingame support was aware and nothing progressed)

How often do you experience this issue?

EVERYDAY, AFYER EVERY MATCH

What device are you playing on?

IPHONE 13

Which OS and game version?

All OS nd game version is all upto date

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?

Restarting device, deleting app completely the re downloading it, play it on another device( same problem but playing on this device and other devices with my other account no problems what so ever

    I've been having the same problem for weeks, I've had a ticket open with support for 3 to 4 weeks now still nothing.

  • Support will just keep closing ticket and just say will keep you updated @DKMangler will add this to the list but make a forum post yourself also so that can track how many players have this problem as im hearing of alot more with same problem

    Same issue for months reported numerous times to no unveil like game but not getting anywhere with scopley

    I'm having the exact same issue...can't access Career mode...freezes after every match. This started today and has been ongoing all day. Uninstalled and reinstalled game twice.

  • @shrekster @ParaTara please leave your in game names in this post for them to look into and @DKMangler will push post up, and let us know of any updates, is there any atm as its been a while now

    We checked some accounts here but couldn't reproduce the issues. Everything was fine with that on our end. Does the issue still persist?

    I have started having that issue as well on IOS. Anytime I complete a match, the game goes to the loading screen (says I do not have internet connection) It happens on claiming items from mailbox as well. Been dealing with support, who have tried even placing items directly into my account and they aren’t there. I have deleted/reinstalled the app on multiple devices (iOS and android) It has affected portal purchases, career mode, and contest tours. I had to sit out current weekend event as well, as I couldn’t do my part.

    It is frustrating to have to sit out and miss out on the last weekend of the mlc, I cannot do KOK tour, Victory Tours, or any event. I’ve had to go through the refund process for packs I have purchased because I couldn’t access them. I haven’t missed a new card in a long time. I hope this can be resolved quickly

    I’ve tried on portal, and it seems like it started when the Weekend event was in the game. I am just trying to get this fixed so I can continue playing this game.

    I hope this can be resolved quickly. As I stated, I can’t complete my victory tours, play career mode, kok tour or participate in events

    Can also add this to the list of resources I’m going to miss out on due to this issue. So much time invested into earning these.

    I truly hope this gets fixed quickly
