Memory issue in Chrome

What exactly is not working?

The game stops playing after a few minutes and I get this dialogue box.


Where in the game did it happen?

When I was in the roster adding a strap to a SS, but it's happened mid-game before.


What are the steps to reproduce it?

Time, I guess? Not sure.


When or since when did it happen?

Today


How often do you experience this issue?

Whenever I play for an extended period of time


What device are you playing on?

M1 Max MacBook Pro


Which OS and game version?

MacOS Monterey 12.1

    This has happened to me plenty of times. Usually occurs after every 20-25 mins or so. So basically when there's no other option left during feuds, I move onto the portal for playing since the game is kinda smooth on it. But my new issue is having to restart the game after every brawl since I don't want this bug to affect me during the mid feud.


    I googled this issue and tried the following steps as well -

    1. Open Chrome settings.
    2. Scroll down and click on Advanced.
    3. Scroll all the way down and under Reset and clean up.
    4. Click on Restore setting to their original defaults.
    5. Confirm by clicking on the Reset settings button.

    This did not help one bit. I also tried having hardware acceleration enabled on my browsers, that did not help as well. From what I cud understand, it's an issue the website developer cud solve on their end.


    So unless Scopely decides to make the user experience better and help us solve this 3-4 months old issue, we really can't do anything abt it. @BigBaddyDaddy

    Thanks for the report. We are aware of this memory issue and are trying to improve the experience on wwechampions.com with every single update on the portal. We can't promise you will never see that error again but we try to make it appear less and less.
