Portal not loading properly
The portal is not loading properly. Numerous people in my faction are having the same issue. We are unable to claim daily rewards, or see anything on Amy of the pages.

It loads with the images now, but I still can't purchase anything or claim the free dailies.
I can click on the items and they open, but still cannot click on the claim button

I'm having the same issue. I can't click on to the events section and claim the event rewards and i tried to purchase the 4 star silver undertaker upgrade and it wouldn't let me. Kept saying payment canceled

Only seems to be the Events page, the Offers and Flash Market load fine, but as soon as I go to events, no matter what the device. Nothing comes up.

I was able to claim Free Daily Rewards after 3 attempts. The Events page keeps coming up blank for me though.

Still getting a blank page when clicking events this morning.

With the rest of the portal back up and running the Events page issue is being looked into.

try to log into the event tab on mobile and through portal but nothing loads.

The events let's me claim on one account but not my main account tried every browser and clearing cache on them.

same here,,events not loading,not on mobile not on pc.just blank screen.The event page loads when logged out but as i log in it again becomes blank

have had issues all weekend with portal but most seem fixed now but events page still wont load just hoping not to miss out on those last rewards

too add more info. the events page will load if i am not signed in, but if i sign in then i get the blank page.

Congrats, the events page is fixed, but the rewards to claim has expired. Cant claim anything

Figures. No way to get into events on portal for over a day. Come on yall. Get it under control. You got to do something right. Do something different because the same old isn't working

I wasn't able to get into the events page for over 24 hours now. More importantly, the global events were achieved and available to collect but the page would not load.
At the time of posting this, I am able to load the events page but the global events have all cleared from page! I was not able to claim the milestones... are they going to send everyone the milestone rewards? Or just boo-hoo so sad and away we go!!

Sorry for the inconvenience. Our Portal Team looked into it as soon as we received those reports. Luckily, it was available in time again.
For those who "think" they might have missed rewards due to these circumstances, please try to approach our Support Team. They are happy to take a deeper look into your account.

The Events page went blank WHILE I was claiming milestones, and stated that way until Sunday night sometime. When it finally loaded, all of the global events were gone. I was checking constantly throughout the day, so I know it didn't come back up quickly, or in time for the global events.
I have a ticket open to support now, with your post attached, so they know you sent me.

Can't open my account for more than a minute. It restarts immediately after that

Ingame support is horrible told me sorry the global event ended will do better next time to hopefully not have this problem again ok why not send what we lost over ur mistakes not ours...glad I quit spending long time ago..

Don't know if this is a different problem logged in thru Facebook but I had to log into my scopley ID to claim my rewards cause it kept asking my to resign in even though I signed in with Facebook
