graphic problems
when i started the game about an hour agoalll small gifs and thumbnail are not shown anymore, not in the roster nor in any other part of the game. i tried it in any browser i had . cleared the cache anytime and restarted all of the browseer 2 or 3times.

yep... im getting this issue too. hopefully they fix it soon. the portal is now my primary method of playing.

I have the same problem, I also reset my browser and tried another one but it didn't work properly either. Have you already reported it to support?

i dont even see what superstar i choose in th roster because the pics are gone

Yep, same problem here. With new mlc, I can't even see what the offers are or can't reselect the superstars once I put them in blitz line up.

@takertwo what did you try to fix this visual issue? Did you empty the cache or tried to run it in an incognito tab?

haven't had reports in a while and it works fine here when we test so it's likely an issue with your browser cache so I'd say try clearing that or with another browser to test

my cache gets cleared everytime i restart my browser and yes i tried it in incognito. i tried different browsers still same results

I refresh the topic because I have a problem with displaying graphics in the game, I play through the portal, I checked chrome, firefox, edge, I cleared the history of browsers, I applied windows system restore, I wrote to support and they make me wait for a solution, I have no ideas. Is this a problem on my part or scopely?

I think there might be graphic problems again on the web portal, based on the snapshots from the query posted back in May, these look very similar so thought i would refer back to this discussion in the hope that the solution is the same this time.

Im having this problem as well as i can only play on the web portal, its been tough when u cant see anything at all

I have this same problem, none of the icons or banners are showing in the web version, tried Chrome and Edge as well as clearing cache / Incognito.
