Another medal lost to the ether?

This is now the 2nd time that I've lost a tier 4 % move damage medal that I was working on for my cards.

First was the takedown tier 4 % blue move damage medal which was lost weeks ago.

Second was approximately 10 minutes ago. A takedown tier 4 % black move damage medal. It was leveled up to level 9. Sold some tier 1 and tier 2 medals for more bits to invest into the original black move damage medal. When going back to my list of takedown medals, the tier 4 % black move damage medal no longer exists.

The first time this happened on the blue one, I figured maybe it was user error? Maybe I goofed and had it selected when selling my tiny tier 1 and 2s... but this time I specifically looked at the listing of all the medals that were to be sold. All of them, exclusively tier 1 and tier 2. So now I'm at a loss, and have lost my level 9 takedown tier 4 % black move damage medal after investing hundreds of thousands of medal bits into it...

Could you please advise why I seem to be losing my medals after working on them for specific cards? And furthermore, could you please credit my missing medal back to the account? I'm not going to bother asking for the blue one at this point because as I stated, I initially thought that may have been user error. But this one is absolutely not, and is nowhere to be found on my roster anymore.

Please advise when I can expect to get my medal back, as I was purposely working on it for the upcoming event this weekend.
