Not loading game app / web. On new phone

So I just recently got a new phone a day ago. I already downloaded it all my are recovered all my apps. So it's update.

Igo to the WWE champions appand shows the loading screen and then it goes back to the phone home screen. So then I try going on the web and it does the same thing but it showed me the reloading page.

A it let me get the web rewards but I haven't claimed them in game. I haven't been on in 2 days so I Don't know if they're there And I don't want to lose my account.

    Hello fiend. You will need to open the game and link it to the FB account associated with your previous game. You can do the same in the portal and they will be linked. Thanks

    FB accounts is linked

    The problem is the app won't open to the game it just shows the loading screen, like if it's going to start the song comes on but then it turns black and then just goes back to my phone home screen

    And the web portal won't let me either

    I uninstalled and downloaded it again, open the app still same problem not going to game.

    Please help with the problem..

    Before this happened I was playing every day for like 3 months or more straight.... I like the game.

    Please try to delete the app cache and maybe also the app data. We have also a new update out since today, which might fix your login issue. Please let us know if any of this solved your issue.

    Yes, I uninstalled, cache and delete data. Did this about three times. So it should have the new update when it reinstalled. Still not opening not sure what the problem is.


    I aslo checked the scopely website. It's seems like I'm not the only one with this problem.


    BUT I REALLY LIKE THE GAME.. I'll give you all the benefit of the doubt to try to help me with my problem....

    I'm just downloaded the app once again

    Well its been about 2years now . And still do that same thing, opening app says it's loading and nothing
