Timeline on 1980 loot coins difference from webportal

Firpo mention since the people whom purchase the loot coin pack from the portal it was originally 20 and you increased to 2000. The 1980 would be gifted out. Stagger Lee said contact in game support (they now have closed my ticket twice on me with our giving me anything. I live how customer service told me to contact Xsolla for a full refund when i only wantes my coins.). I have my receipt too and was the original person to bring this up. I wont

  1. What is the timeline on this compensation?
  2. will the loot be active again next week?(in the event I never receive this weekend)
  3. If not what is the plan to change the compensation to? I was told by others compensation was sent out but yet never got mine.
