Muscles in the Bank week 2 loot coins lost

I was opening a x7 loot coin pack from the Muscles in the Bank week 2 loot screen. It was opening one coin/reward at a time. After the 4th coin was opened, the game became stuck on a loading screen of doom. I waited 5 minutes but it would not recover. So I closed the game out and reopened it. My prior rewards were there, but nothing else. The additional loot coins were also gone.
