League points not counting

  1. What exactly is not working? League points are not counting towards league up
  2. Where in the game did it happen? Main game
  3. What are the steps to reproduce it? I have been stuck at 200/1000 league points even though I have cleared 2 days worth of tasks. They are not reflecting therefor not allowing me to league up
  4. When or since when did it happen? Yesterday is when I created my account
  5. How often do you experience this issue? Consistent
  6. What device are you playing on? Portal
  7. Which OS and game version? Firefox
  8. What is your in-game name (case sensitive!) - (obviously also your Forum name) commonunion
  9. What have you tried so far to fix it on your side? I have cleared cache and restarted browser

    Already done…I think. The new ticket system is pretty whack. Doesn't let you give them much details so hopefully they see what's going on.

    The problem is I have zero clue what to report it as. This is what I hear back everytime. No ticket number or anything. Just seems like I'm giving them advice as opposed to needing help! This is my second account (wanting to try a F2P route after 8 years) so I'm very familiar with the older ticket system. But this new AI stuff is absolute slop.
