Web portal has not updated player information in 16 days

- What exactly is not working?
The web portal is not updating player information. It has not updated in 16 days as of 8/14/24
- Where in the game did it happen? On the web portal, not the game.
It’s the stats screen that appears when you search for a player.
- What are the steps to reproduce it?
Type in a champion's name in the web portal search filed that reads “Search for a friend, faction, event, or superstar”
- When or since when did it happen?
Since July 30th, 2024
- How often do you experience this issue?
Any time you search and pull up any (champion) player
- What device are you playing on?
Computer web browser. Chrome, Edge, Safari. Happens on all browsers for anyone trying this.
- Which OS and game version?
Web portal
- What is your in-game name (case sensitive!) - (obviously also your Forum name)
Bad Bruce
- What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?
Does not appear to be a way to fix this on my side. The player database is not refreshing and updating the website.
