Trivia Rumble rewards not applying upon Victory

What exactly is not working?

The web portal trivia is not updating rewards correctly. When you complete a round and get "Victory", it does not update your web portal coins. If you try to click away, you get a prompt to Quit. If you Quit, you don't get the rewards. Only get the rewards if you start a new round of trivia.

Where in the game did it happen? On the web portal, not the game.

What are the steps to reproduce it?

Play trivia. Successfully answer the 5 questions and get "Victory!". Rewards do not apply. Click to another section of the web portal and receive a prompt to Quit. If you quit, you lose the rewards.

Since early in the week of February 3rd, 2025

How often do you experience this issue?

Every time

What device are you playing on?

Computer web browser. Tried on Chrome and Edge, and it happens on both. Had another faction member try, and they also experienced the issue.

Web portal

What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?

Tried refreshing and clicking different sections. Tried different browsers. Does not appear to be a way to fix this on my side as it appears to be a global web portal issue.
