so we got points but not the items associated with those points, is that correct? If so, that’s some BS right there

this was a very poor contest up and to loot offers. Only having loot coins and zero resources was a slap in the face to consumers. The point method of loot coins was also horrible. The drop rate of him also based on how many i did and didnt get a sniff of him was also horrible. Rating 0 of 10 on this event

This was a completely horrible event, low drop rate of character, very low how much I spent and did not get him so I will never do this again. There was absolutely no value to the purchases. They were pure loot coins. That is very poor should’ve had at least resources along with the coins so he at least got something for your money not even a stupid solo contest to get milestones from just a complete major spend event that. That made me one or two facts maybe three even have a chance of completing very poor event zero of 10.

Scopely did the regular players dirty once again. Promised something then ripped it away because of their foul up. Dirty pool all around.

This competition was unfortunately a real mess. You had wrong point amounts and the feedback was confusing at best.

I think you need to send another note to outline actions and what is going on with it all. It's a shame as the idea was great, but the execution was poor.

this is one of the worst rollouts in the history of this game, the free 40 coins was an intentional mess up by an employee, this was not holding to your own word on how the release would work and then changing the rules at launch. Absolute terrible business model, then the response to those that paid and got worked over trying to help their faction and asked for a refund was nonsense and trying to convince everyone that you’re working in the best interest of players but there was never a real intent of people being able to get ozzy. It’s a shame on how this event rolled out and how your team intentionally worked over every person that paid to pull just to aide their faction. Then on top of that it’s been over 24 hours and the milestones haven’t paid out, the scoreboard is still broken and players and factions aren’t being awarded the correct points still.

The constructive part on how to improve and make the game experience better, don’t do anything that you did for this event, ever again and players will be okay.

Again with the problems and those who pay the broken plate are the players, they are doing things wrong very badly since it is unheard of to think that someone will be able to maximize the event is an absurd amount to spend to get a new superstar, and they do not give anything for the compensation, they have us very bad times

When I make a mistake at work, I own up to it and try to fix it for the customer. My boss supports this because it builds good will between the business and our customers because sometimes having a customer base that trusts and supports you is better in the long run than an immediate cash grab that alienates the customer and makes them want to go somewhere else.

messes like this have stopped my spending habits on the game but now I’m considering just moving on to a different game altogether.

be better, own up to your mistakes and live with them. The points should have remained the same. Everyone would have got the new Ozzy but it wouldn’t have been game breaking. You could just never use him as css in the future.

At this point, I think the majority of the playerbase just wants tsome quality assurance, we are crying out for a game that doesn't have an issue what appears to be every single week. Where is your testing and test environment? Where is the sign off? It's just ridiculously embarrassing for a game with its net worth and the WWE machine behind it.

I don't care about not hitting milestones that I was never going to hit, but the whole debacle led to players milestones being messed up and actually missing out on rewards rather than gaining any sort of compensation. And the whole event for what should be a fun little extra for Halloween ends up being a mess up that leads players with a sour taste in their mouth.

What would I do? I think give players a token which they can spend/choose on something they like, similar to the Piper Niven mess up. Give players a choice, hold your hands up and say 'my bad'.

But bottom line, please get some quality assurance.
