I usually spend each weekend. Not this weekend unless we get a real resolution. I’m also going to be canceling my passes. I know it won’t hurt Scopley in the long run but the way this was handled this is terrible.

This is really bad. This iis the lowest point in the game in what is the probably the most anticipated event in the game. I think I’m going to reflect on and rethink about how I approach this game.

I think the fact that only 5 factions are maxing shows that this event was executed poorly. The compensation not sufficient, and the lack of offers to incentivize spending after the series of errors was a large oversight. After 7-8 years, events should not be done this poorly.

While I like the idea of a surprise new character with very little time before the event began, I also think that given the absurd amount for the max milestone in the faction contest, it would have been much better to at least give a couple of days notice so people can have more time to decide how much they are willing to spend.

I love the design of the new Ozzy "bark at the moon". Whoever design him, you can tell had fun with it. I did not end up getting him this contest, but I hope we see him again, even if it is not until the next Halloween.

As far as the contest goes, I liked the concept. Working with your faction for better rewards form the higher milestones always worked out well with full participation. (Even if you can not max) I ended up with 5 new Ultimate straps for various Zombies. This worked out well, since I had zombies without any decent straps. I thought it was also cool that the Legend Jack O lanterns had a chance to get zombie moments. I only ended up looting 1 which was a duplicate but the rewards in those were really nice.

I will say there was already a ton to do in the game with SD, blitz and other contest. It would have been nice if this was its own even, not crossing paths with other in game actives. Maybe next year, however Halloween may fall, make it a 2-day event with a new tour for each day.

All in all, it was a fun holiday event. Congrats' to all those who ended up with the new Ozzy!

I have been playing this game since the beginning and I was extremely disappointed in this contest…in order to complete the last milestone almost everyone in one’s faction would have to have spent 100s of dollars…this was truly a trick and not a treat at all. I hate mentioning this but this was truly a money grab and encourages me not to spend after this contest.
