Unable to use loot keys.
I can't find where or how to use my event loot keys. I have 11,000 bloodline takeover keys I couldn't use, and almost 4750 toxic rumble keys I can't use. Im supposed to be able to open loot with them, but there's no options on the loot page to use loot keys, only paid for Tokens. I'm playing on an Android device, version 0.678.24092555 , username StraferHighwind, user id: b1f573b7a3484ce397049a24372abcb3
If I click on the loot keys in my inventory I get a "currently unavailable" message, even though the bloodline key event was live at the time, and even though the toxic rumble event is currently active.
As you can see from the screenshots theres no option on the loot page to use toxic rumble keys, only paid for tokens. The same thing was true for bloodline takeover.

You won't be able to use the bloodline keys,that was for last month.The screenshots you posted are the kickoff loot and bloody hitman loot which you can't use your keys on..those are paid loots.The key pulls you are looking for are further down the page

There is no key pulls further down the page for me. I've literally scrolled the entire loot page clicking on everything and there's nowhere for me to use keys. I know bloodline was last month, I couldn't find where to use the keys last m9nth either.

What league are you currently in? You must be league 6 to see the Key loot.

Yes, I am league 7. There's no loot options for using keys. I'm wondering if this is a glitch specifically on the mobile android version of the App I am using. I don't have a computer or iPhone. I'm using a Samsung galaxy note20 Ultra 5G

For some reason the screenshots are not showing. Currently the loot options.i have are
Tokens:
- Xtreme Nuclear loot rules
- Superstars of WWE loot
- Superstars of WWE Women's division loot
- NWO power loot
- Toxic rumble loot (Chelsea )
- Toxic rumble loot (The Usos and Mankind picture)
And non token (coins)
- DX Vault
- 6-star loot shards
- DIamond 4-star loot
- Gear Loot
- Headliner Loot
- Silver League 7 loot
- Gold League Loot
There is no other options for event key loot.

Hello Strafer, when did you happen to get to league 7? If it was this week you should see the loot available starting next week. If you don’t, you will need to open a ticket with support. Thanks

I believe last week. But I'll wait for Monday. How do I open a support ticket? Is their a email I can use?

If you just became league 7 you will have to wait till the timer runs out for the Weekly key loot.

I'd been league 7 for for almost 3 weeks as of today (if you see my original post was october 6th which was several days after i hit league 7. I hit league 7 at the end of the bloodline event. I messaged support 4 days ago and never got a response. However I can use loot keys now. When they fixed the problem with points today and sent rewards, loot keys suddenly started working 🥳. So whatever they just fixed also fixed my loot keys 😃
