Portal Issue

M not dure what category this gies under, but I'm having a lot of trouble with the portal. For example, I usually get the prestige pass. Yesterday I tried to renew it but it wouldn't let me. I bought the 69 pull for 19.99, but since it wouldn't let me repurchase it, all those pulls went to waste as far as the prestige pass goes. And today it's doing the same thing. It keeps saying I cannot purchase the lower cost one, when I always have had the 29.99 one. I don't want to use any of my pulls because right now they will go to waste as far as the pass goes, so any help would be great. Ty.
