They need to be updated. Personally My faction is Tier 65, not 56, it's 29 million total talent higher than you have it, and I know we have had more battles than we have had in the last 30 days, feud wins, it's been stuck on these numbers for months. I personally have had the time to raise my talent by 1 million since the last update, that's how long it's been
