I didn't cheat either and I would never cheat and plus I didnt even know there was a glitch and I should have gotten the compensation that was given out

I know I'm not alone on this, but myself and many others did not get this compensation for a glitch that occurred that we knew nothing about.
Somehow we exploited something and are now being punished while others get a huge amount of rewards. It should be a lot easier to check who did the exploit then some "5 match" qualifications.

Yup I missed out too guess doing 0 matches got us nothing. Such crap. Support could care less.

I did not receive any of that supposed compensation and I was not even aware of that damn error. So it would be great if they did this equally as it would be for those of us who did not receive it, as well as for my account that did not receive said compensation. EMANUEL231331

Not ok. I completed the tour once as anyone would and shouldn't miss out on such a make right simply for playing the game daily as intended.

C Well I've definitely just closed my spending phase on this game, I won't spend another dollar, it's disappointing that they make fun of us like this when we the players are the ones who buy their...Product, understand once and for all that you "sell" us a product which we buy and you must guarantee that it works well. I won't spend another dollar until I feel like we really matter a little to Scopely.

I did not receive the promised compensation from the tour reset issuse resolution. To my understanding If you exploited the glitch you would not be receiving any compensation but if you look at the logs it will show that I did not redo any of the tours during that time period I didn't even know that there was a glitch

I have never cheated anything. From last 4 years I hv been consistently using this game. Still no appreciation

I can say for a fact I didn't do a tour match more than once during that time. At most I may have unlocked the backlash tour around that time and even then I didn't start grinding out the chapters till a few days ago. Even then I sure as hell didn't do a match twice let alone five times. I had absolutely no clue there was a glitch at that time, had I known about it and the mess that your "compensation" or lack there of would cause I may have actually exploited it.

I don't believe I would do the matches 5 times and believe I should be compensated, if you are giving it to others for the same reason.

I did not recieve any compensation for playing the game as I do every day. Do my dailies, events, contests, wait for scopely to announce whats fair for the game, get annoyed I spend a penny on a digital game that constantly punishes me for playing daily.
I have no clue what the glitch was, or what the next one will be this week, or during feud and faction boss this month, but its expected.

knew nothing about the glitch just play the game like normal, yet your compensating certain people, why would you not just do everyone, it was a issue that scopley caused, nothing that anyone that plays the game caused

don’t you see that your logs are wrong when there are so many people raising an issue . Clearly this is the stupidest solution I’ve seen. If I did the limited tours which dropped at rest , like I am supposed to , I am still screwed and I am accused of exploiting? What stupid shit is this ? This resolution is absolutely pathetic. I did not exploit. Period. Your logs are incorrect. Redo it again and send everyone the rewards.

Agreed. I too did not receive compensation where as one sole other member in our faction DID. Majority of the Champs Community had no idea this even occurred so where is the compensation for well…that majority?

I didn’t receive any messages with rewards either. And I didn’t exploit any glitches since I only ever run through the tours once to get the rewards then don’t go back and play them over
