No Tour Reset Resolution - despite not exploiting

I know I'm not alone on this, but myself and many others did not get this compensation for a glitch that occurred that we knew nothing about.
Somehow we exploited something and are now being punished while others get a huge amount of rewards. It should be a lot easier to check who did the exploit then some "5 match" qualifications.

Agreed. I too did not receive compensation where as one sole other member in our faction DID. Majority of the Champs Community had no idea this even occurred so where is the compensation for well…that majority?

no compensation if you played 5 matches or more….. penalize your players for playing the game…. Makes me want to find another game

Didn’t get any compensation myself and I know full well I did not take advantage of the tour screwups. After all, I got the original compensation for the solo contest points during the last weekend MLC when people completed the tour twice thanks to the original issue. I swear, the divide between players grows each day and it’s like an old saying my mama used to say “Rich get Richer and the poor continue to suffer.”

I didnt recieve anything eithier and wasnt even on during it. Found out about glitch next day. So you guys need to re look into this.

yeah crow I am in the same boat. Didn’t find out about the glitch till after the next day or 2. I know for a fact that I didn’t play any road tours or take advantage of any glitch so they really need to do a better job of looking into this

if it was 5 matches of any game type, then I’m guilty, because I did my one run of every weekend tour or daily tours, or stipulation tours, etc, but if it was just road tours, which were the ones that most people abused and exploited, then how is that MY fault when I know for a fact I haven’t done more than 5 road matches since I finished the Backlash tour WHEN IT CAME OUT! Selectively rolling out rewards and compensation and saying “well the logs,” is complete BS, and we all know it.
Show me the logs that says I played 5 road matches and received those first time rewards again. Period. Show me the proof. If you’re going to call me a cheat, back it with some proof. If I’m wrong (I know I’m not), I will apologize. But again, I know I’m not wrong. I didn’t exploit anything. I am not a liar, I am not a cheater, and I damn sure don’t appreciate being essentially accused of being one.

seriously though, I’m not done going off about this-
HOW THE F*** ARE YOU PUNISHING PEOPLE FOR PLAYING ANY LIMITED TIME TOUR ON A WEEKEND WHEN YOU RELEASE A NEW TOUR EVERY SINGLE DAY!
So rather than roll back the people you know DID exploit it (most of people in the top ranked factions), you punish the people who did the normal tours that are released every weekend day, whether they played a match twice or not.
I got the initial compensation when the point glitch happened, the million points and the Maxxine and Ilja shards, so clearly I didn’t exploit it then. So why the hell do I not get the second batch?! You already showed me I did nothing wrong by giving me the points you gave the non-cheaters, so why am I suddenly a cheater for playing LIMITED TIME TOURS as quickly as possible since they’re only around for a LIMITED TIME?!8 -
I did not receive mine either. Please send my account the compensation you send to select accounts. My account has always been in good standings. Patiently waiting.

This is totally unacceptable treating the community as cheaters that didn't exploit anythinganythi. Then you reach out to support and are giving the most generic copy paste answer in the world telling you that you exploited something that you wasn't even aware of to be able to exploit. Your wrong for this scopely make it right

This is a really bad decision.
I’m told if no compensation appeared in my inbox it means I wasn’t impacted by the issue and as a result not eligible for compensation.
So the fact that my tours didn’t reset, means I didn’t have a chance to exploit therefore am not eligible for the compensation everyone got that didnt exploit but had the chance?!Even for people that may have done the tours again not knowing and not exploiting over and over again should not be lumped in and basically called cheaters!
All this does is encourage people to exploit the next thing that comes around with this mentality because they will reap the rewards like the ones that exploited heavily in this instance with no punishment or roll back.Yet many who did nothing wrong, didn’t have a chance to exploit in my case supposedly per support ticket, or who may have just played the tours when they saw tours and did them once are the ones getting punished if you look at it as a whole.
This is a really poor handeling of the situation and doesn’t give anyone the faith to do the right thing in the future thinking that scopely will do the right thing in the future.
I would hope you would reevaluate this decision and see how for those who didn’t “exploit” for the sake of cheating and abusing an exploit over and over again are being unfairly lumped in with the ones that did. while the ones that did made out with tons of resources and the rest literally in this case got nothing .
people don’t like being called cheaters when they are not.
Scope may not care that I close my wallet after this and maybe not a few even. But decisions like this will I’m sure make many close wallets as well..

I did not receive the promised compensation from the tour reset issuse resolution. To my understanding If you exploited the glitch you would not be receiving any compensation but if you look at the logs it will show that I did not redo any of the tours during that time period I didn't even know that there was a glitch and if the log showed that I did I would like to see the proof because I did not receive any benefits from redoing any tours because I didn't do them because I did not even know there was a glitch. You can check my account to see how odd my t. P. Coins, tokens and superstars were acquired and you will see that there was no glitches are exploits that were done to receive these. So if you're saying that this is the case, I would like to see the proof if not, I would kindly request that you, Provide me with the promised compensation that i'm seeing other players who did not exploit the glitch also, get.

I found out about the exploit after it had been corrected. The only tours I have done have been event tours, and I have only done them once. As for road matches the only time I've gotten into them was when an event calls for using X superstar 10 times in any tour mode, doing matches I have already completed and only getting loot box rewards when I matched loot boxes, yet I received no compensation. I really want the game to be better, but every time an improvement is made something like this happens and all goodwill is lost. Why is it that when an error happens we have to almost beg for compensation, and then it's still not resolved.

This is utterly bewildering. 99% of people had no idea there even was a glitch, 1% benefit from it, 1% receive compensation and 98% get diddly? I refuse to accept that you have crunched your data correctly because I know for damn sure I did not exploit anything beyond playing the tours you released and even then they were just run once. You're going to need to back this up with hard data to justify giving some players those rewards and not others. I've raised a ticket requesting proof as to why I didn't receive this compensation.
I'm playing nice right now, but with the money some players, myself included, have put into this game, it reeks of pure incompetence and I will refuse to back down until you conclusively prove I am not deserving of this compensation (which I am deserving of).

Agreed....I didn't even know about the mistake that happened until the day after it happened....I just did the tour like always and didn't get anything extra...then..I put in tickets and they're telling me that I did in fact exploit a glitch....I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT GET ANYTHING EXTRA..DID THE 1 EVENT TOUR 1 TIME AND MOVED ON.....They are not gonna call me a cheater when I didn't do anything...I've requested them to show me where I did extra anything..and all they do is close the ticket....so...not sure what the result will be...but this is RIDICULOUS

treating the community as cheaters regardless if they did or did not play some limited time tours is absolutely absurd. punishing players for playing the game has always been scopelys mentality. so if someone logged on while a glitch was going and played a limited time tour…they are guilty? it’s getting more shocking that anyone plays and spends on this game when you constantly punish the players. i myself have literally shut down the wallet after the last mishap where you punished the players as well and i received that compensation. i also received the missing points as well on the weekend in question, so how are you going to make this right?

When you screw something up, correcting it should not be this difficult. Say my bad and send our the proper compensation in a timely manner and everyone moves on. Dragging it out for over a week with little to no mention of anything and then half hearted resolutions leave a sour taste in the mouths of the players, and do it enough and you will lose players.

Not sure that this was handled correctly. You give all these rewards out to folks that exploited the situation!!
In my situation, I was on a plane coming home from vacation and couldn’t play due to lack of WIFI so I know I didn’t exploit it.
Compensation was nice just too bad not all the right players received it. If you’re going to limit who gets the compensation at least take the time and do your research. If you’re saying I exploited the situation and calling me a cheater I’d love to see the proof because there will NOT be any. I didn’t even know about it as again, I was on a plane.
Maybe you’re just helping me to make the decision to walk away from this game.
You can say there’s nothing you can do to make everyone happy. Well, it’s kinda the culture you’ve created when it’s a pay to play game.1 -
August the 23rd is in question here. And I’m trying to remember that day myself. Honestly all I remember is logging into the game at reset, do the levels available and then go about my day till the next update. So what compensation is available? I didn’t take advantage of any “glitch” cause I didn’t know about it.

The weekend this occurred was super hectic tlreal life. I did not have time to do extra stuff just do matches 1 time each I never knew of the glitch. Never received any compensation. I feel whatever method was used was not accurate. I do understand mistakes happen, however, this was a huge compensation package I was not sent. Not a great look when never did any exploit.

Didn’t know there was a glitch until now. But as usual a big ol fuck you from screwply!!!!!! How the hell do you exploit something if you never knew about it???

never have cheated once in this game but get nothing for being a fair player like usual. Seems like the honest players get shafted always

I think that everyone who did not exploit the glitch should get the rewards. The fact that I didn’t cheat and played the way you’re supposed to shouldn’t disqualify me and others. Now those who cheated and those who didn’t play get a leg up ? That’s not the way to do things. Make it right across the board.

My screen name is JLshbrk94 and I didn't know about any kind of exploitation not did I exploit anything. So im with everyone else, something needs to be looked at and I would like my compensation as well cause it's quite obvious I didn't since none of my resources have been anywhere close to what was given out. Do better Scopely

I really think they need to take another look at who supposedly "exploited" this. I didn't do anything other than any new tours that dropped at that time and got zero compensation from any supposed exploit. I've opened a ticket and am going to keep fighting this one but something is screwed up.

why am I being penalized for playing the game? I didn’t do any boards more than once and didn’t know there was a glitch. Now people that took advantage get to keep there stuff, people who didn’t play get free stuff and those he played like normal and did the tours once get screwed.

Wow what to go for punishing people who never knew about any glitch and just did their normal stuff never even knew about a glitch so definitely didn't benefit from anything and still didnt receive any compensation

Not ok. I completed the tour once as anyone would and shouldn't miss out on such a make right simply for playing the game daily as intended.

I didn’t know about any glitch, this is the first I’m hearing about it. Definitely did not exploit something I didn’t know about. Typical move though I wouldn’t expect anything less. Ridiculous to say the least.
